We respect the privacy of our customers and that is why we make security our number one priority when handling your mail.  We understand that just as you are potentially our customer, you also have many customers, and your list and materials will contain personal and private information. Please be assured that the information between you and your customers will remain in strictest confidence.

• We handle all of our customer’s materials with the utmost confidentiality. All materials, especially lists received into our care, are used soley for the intended purpose in which you employ our services.
   
• Any list we receive from our customers will never be used for any other purpose; it is exclusively for the customer from which the list was received or purchased.  If we purchase a list on your behalf, the list becomes yours and is exclusively for your use only since the charges are passed on to you
   
• We do not keep lists on file for long periods of time. If you intend to reuse the list for future mailings, please let us know in advance to keep it in our records.  If we are authorized to process a mailing for you, all left over materials (floppy, cd, zip-drive, mail pieces) are properly disposed of unless you notify us otherwise. We will be glad to return them to you upon request.
